Nick Spencer Wines Dinner

Join us in March for a delicious three course meal showcasing favourites including our signature rib eye steak and classic sides, paired with three wines from Nick Spencer Wines.
Hosted by Mark Davis and Rory Fitzpatrick of Joval Wines Australia, the tasting begins at 6:00pm and is paced to allow time to enjoy each course and wine comfortably.
The evening’s wines include 120ml pours of:
- 2025 Pinot Gris (Hilltops, NSW)
- 2025 Rosé (Hilltops, NSW)
- 2024 Unum GSM - Grenache/ Sangiovese/ Malbec (Hilltops, NSW)
